We, recommend using a wash bag to protect it from excessive abrasion in the washing machine.
Start by turning the item inside out, use an eco detergent and wash on a low temperature cycle.
Keep the spin cycle to a minimum or don't spin at all as this creases your garments.
Hanging to dry uses a lot less energy and makes ironing easier OR just simply hand wash and hang to dry.
Size 10 model is 5ft7" wearing a size 10 (UK) Size 16 models is 5ft9" wearing a size 16.

When you need to return or exchange your item, please email us at hello@in-our-name.com with your order number and reason for the return.All items must be dispatched to us within 14 days of you receiving your order, and once we have the item back, we will give you a full refund or exchange* within 14 days once we receive the item(s) back.
