Our objectives are to help artisans scale their businesses, improve their quality standards, adopt technology, provide financial support and an understanding of the international market in order to create regular and sustainable incomes and create jobs for other local artisans. We have a 3-step artisan assessment process to vet the artisans suitability and their commitment to the programme.
We have a small number of artisans as this is a newlyformalised initiative with each artisan having very different needs. Their common challenge is that of unpredictability and uncertainty of demand at scale, which is why we are focused on capacity building.

The business fully funds all artisan related research, business development and product trials directly from the business which means that the 100% initiative fund is never eroded, and it all goes back to growing the artisan’s businesses.
All our product bags are made from sugarcane; a renewable source. We do not use Kimball’s (the plastic tags that attach price tickets) and instead, we use organic cotton string. Our swing tickets are made from FSC approved forests and printed using eco digital dyes.Our e-commerce packaging are made from recycled plastic and can be recycled again. No, all of our international orders are delivered Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). If your order is subject to customs or import duties, you will need to pay for all import duty and any other taxes and charges in your jurisdiction. It is also essential that you provide accurate information on your order as any discrepancies and/or inaccuracies cause customs clearance delays at your end and we cannot be held responsible for any delays.
You can pay for your purchase using PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch and American Express.
This sometimes happens as some territories have restrictions in place. We can still help you with your purchase by contacting us on email@example.com we will do our best to resolve the problem for you.
No. Your transaction with us is safe as we do not store any of your card details.
We take fraud very seriously and ensure that we use credible payment systems, such as Stripe. Most ,if not all, credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation and authorisation by your card issuer.
Your card may have been rejected due to in correct information entered onto the payment system. We suggest doublechecking the details and if this happens again, you will need to contact your card provider.
Gift Cards and Promo Codes
Add the value you wish to purchase to your basket and go to the checkout as normal. Gift cards can only be used to purchase items and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Our gift cards are sent out via email, as this is better for the environment. We will send the gift card to your email address for you to forward to the recipient.
If you have used a gift card to pay for your full order, a gift card will be issued for the value of the returned item/s. If you have paid partly with a gift card and partly by card, you will receive a card refund and a new gift card equal to the total of the refund.
Our gift cards can only be used once. If the gift card isused partially, the balance amount will not be deducted from the original gift card value. Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you with a new gift card for the remaining amount.
Terms and conditions apply for all discount codes issued. You can only redeem one discount code per order by entering the code in the box provided on the checkout page. Discount codes may have limitations for example; minimum spend, not valid on sale items, some items may also be excluded from the promotion for example our 100% Initiative products, limited editions etc. A validity and usage period applies to all discount codes

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot retroactively apply discount codes to any orders.
We use UK sizing and to make life a little easier for you, we provide measurements of the actual garment on each product page. A conversion chart with US, European and Universal sizing can be found here.
This is definitely our intention and by summer 2022, we will have a much broader size range. For the time being, we are keeping our size offering narrow as we are a new brand. Sign up to our newsletter here and you will receive an update on our extended sizing via e-mail.
We regularly update our stock and offer a pre order/waiting list service/ back in stock notifications. Simply sign up to the waiting list and we will notify you as soon as it is in stock.
As soon as we receive the stock, we will email you to let you know that the item is available on the website to purchase. We recommend getting there quickly as popular products tend to sell out fast.

Shipping and Delivery
Unfortunately, the order process cannot be reversed, and you will need to return your items. Please see our returns section for further information on how to return your purchase here.
We always aim to get your orders out to you as soon as possible, however, there are instances where we may face some delays caused by unplanned and unexpected events or an increase in demand.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail notification with a tracking number.
If the courier is unable to complete your delivery, a card will be left for you with re-delivery options and instructions on how to arrange a new delivery date.
Yes, all of our deliveries require a signature.
If your order has been despatched and left our warehouse, we suggest you use the courier’s website for an accurate status update using your tracking number. If your order has still not been delivered, please email us at email@example.com quoting your order number, and we will look into it for you.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders together as the system processes each order independently. The courier company may help consolidate your shipment and you will need to contact them directly.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
1. Please return your item using the returns/exchange form (delivered with your order) and Royal Mail pre-paid label within 14 days of receipt of the goods and we will give you a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please note delivery fees will not be refunded and we are not liable for any loss of or damage to returned parcels. More information can be found here.
2. International orders are eligible for returns only (not postage). In addition, International customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable.
Brass dulls over time, so to help recover its original shine, simply apply lemon juice and buff with a dry cloth.
