Refund policy

Please return your item and delivery note (delivered with the goods) within 14 days of receipt of the goods, and we will give you a full refund or *exchange within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please note delivery fees will not be refunded, and In Our Name is not liable for any loss of or damage to returned parcels.

*This excludes international orders, which are eligible for returns only.

All items must be returned in an unworn (re-saleable) and unwashed condition with the correct invoice, packaging, and swing tag still attached. Only un-damaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. We are unable to accept jewellery returns for hygiene reasons.

If you return your purchase after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund and will instead issue you a credit note.

In the event a return is lost or delayed, we will raise a complaint with the carrier, and it normally takes approximately 30 calendar days for the couriers to respond fully to a complaint.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM

UK CUSTOMERS

Please repackage the items carefully, preferably in the original packaging (if re-usable), and register your return by emailing our customer service team hello@in-our-name.com, with your order number and reason. Please ask the carrier for proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Please repackage the items carefully, preferably in the original packaging (if re-usable), and clearly write 'return' or ‘unwanted goods’ on the address label to avoid unnecessary customs charges.

Unfortunately, we do not cover return costs for international deliveries, and all costs are the responsibility of the customer.

International customs duties, shipping costs, and sales taxes are non-refundable.

SALE ITEMS EXCHANGE POLICY

Sale pieces can be exchanged but not refunded.
If your item isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to exchange it for another size, style, or store credit. We keep this policy in place because our sale quantities are limited, and we want every piece to find the right home without creating unnecessary waste.
