When you need to return or exchange your item, please email us at joyce@in-our-name.com with your order number and reason for the return and we will send you a returns postage label (U.K only). The items must be despatched to us within 14 days of you receiving your order and once we have the item back, we will give you a full refund or exchange* within 14 days once we receive the item(s)back. Please note delivery fees will not be refunded and In Our Name is not liable for any loss of or damage to returned parcels. Please make sure you keep your postage receipt. *This excludes international orders, which are eligible for returns only. All items must be returned in an unworn (re-saleable) and unwashed condition with the correct invoice/despatch note, packaging and swing tag still attached. Only un-damaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. We are unable to accept jewellery returns for hygiene reasons.
