When you need to return or exchange your item, please email us at joyce@in-our-name.com with your order number and reason for the return and we will send you a returns postage label (U.K only). The items must be despatched to us within 14 days of you receiving your order and once we have the item back, we will give you a full refund or exchange* within 14 days once we receive the item(s)back.
